1.2 Services:

• baadin (for consumers): Enabling customers to purchase products through monthly installments easily and without interest.

• baadin plus (for merchants): Providing merchants with financing solutions to cover sales value immediately, with installment integration management and collection follow-up.

• Invest (for investors): Offering investment opportunities through financing part of retail sales and distributing periodic returns.

1.3 Customer: The natural or legal person who uses any of the website services.

1.4 Merchant: The entity that offers products or services on the website and contracts with Cash Dash to benefit from installment or financing services.

1.5 Investor: The person or institution that invests through the 'Invest' service according to the terms of this agreement.

2.1 By using the Cash Dash website, you agree to all terms and conditions.

2.2 You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2.3 For the 'Invest' service, the investor must meet investment eligibility requirements according to local regulations.

3.1 Registration requires providing accurate data (name, phone, email, identity).

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account data and password, and sharing the account with others is prohibited.

3.3 In case of suspected unauthorized access, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

4.1 'baadin' Service for Consumers

• Product Selection: Customer browses available products and chooses 'baadin' service at checkout.

• Installment Schedule: Determines the number of installments, payment period, and monthly installment amount.

• Payments: Customer pays the first payment upon purchase, and installments are paid as requested either through collection representative or bank transfer.

• Fees: No interest is charged, only fixed administrative fees disclosed before order confirmation.

4.2 'baadin plus' Service for Merchants

• Immediate Financing: Merchant receives sales value directly after customer approval and first installment reservation.

• Service Cost: Financing fees are determined based on sales volume and payment period.

• Installment Management: Cash Dash handles installment collection from consumers or the merchant themselves and transfers net amounts to the merchant on a periodic schedule.

4.3 'Invest' Service for Investors

• Opportunity Selection: The website displays investable invoices and projects, and the investor chooses what suits them.

• Returns: Profits or returns are distributed according to the terms specified in the prospectus for each opportunity.

• Risks: The investor must review the risks and sign an acknowledgment of understanding them before investing.

5.1 Agreed installments are collected from the methods registered with the customer.

5.2 In case of insufficient balance when installment is due, a late fee is calculated at a rate specified in the delay policy.

5.3 The customer has the right to contact support to reschedule installments or arrange an alternative payment plan.

6.1 Cash Dash Obligations

• Provide a secure and stable platform for managing installments and financing.

• Ensure money reaches merchants and investors on time.

• Provide technical support and customer service 24/7.

6.2 Customer, Merchant, and Investor Obligations

• Provide accurate data and update it upon any change.

• Adhere to the payment schedule without delay.

• Cooperate with Cash Dash to provide required documents for verification and compliance.

7.1 Your personal data is used only for service provision and legal compliance purposes.

7.2 We do not share your data with third parties except for legal requirements or compliance coordination.

8.1 All rights related to the software, content, and trademarks belong to Cash Dash.

8.2 Copying or reproducing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

9.1 Cash Dash has the right to modify these terms at any time.

9.2 Users are notified of modifications 15 days in advance via email or platform notification.

10.1 These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

10.2 Disputes are resolved amicably first, and in case of failure, the dispute is referred to the competent Iraqi courts.
